Refund and Returns Policy
30-Days change of mind returns
You can return eligible items for store credit within 30 days of return the item(s) by posting the item(s) back or return directly to our warehouse if you change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, unworn and in the original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount before issuing store credit to you.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards, clearance items and sale items. Please refer to individual product or promotion policies.
Exchanges
Within 30 days of purchase; you can choose a refund or exchange if an item:
- is unsafe
- is very different from the description or sample
- has a problem that would stop someone buying the product if they knew about it
- can’t be used for its normal purpose, or what you were told, and can’t easily be fixed.

Please send us an email at inagirl66@gmail.com and let us know which way to return the item. Please keep your proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 23/51 Leighton Place, Hornsby NSW 2077 Australia.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning expensive items, you are highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
